An 83-year-old woman from Bradford has died after sustaining serious injuries in a collision.
The incident happened at the junction of Westfield Lane and Cockshott Lane at around 12.45pm on Sunday (July 31).
The victim, named by police as Barbara Slingsby, was rushed to Leeds General Infirmary but died from her injuries on Monday, August 1.
The driver of a Volkswagen Polo was reportedly reversing when the elderly pedestrian was hit.
The Major Collision and Enquiry Team (MCET) is continuing to appeal for witnesses to the collision which took place at about 12.45pm on Sunday July 31, at the junction of Westfield Lane and Cockshott Lane in Idle.
Anyone who witnessed the collision, or has footage that may assist the investigation, is asked to contact MCET on 101 or by using the live chat facility on the West Yorkshire Police website.
