A BRADFORD man has been fined for being threatening and abusive in a popular seaside town centre.
Aaron Allchin, 33, of Cleckheaton Road in the Low Moor area of Bradford, pleaded guilty to using threatening or abusive words and behaviour which were likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress on August 1 at Bradford and Keighley Magistrates' Court.
He was sentenced on the same day.
Allchin was on Westborough in Scarborough on July 16 this year when he committed the public order offence.
The 33-year-old was ordered to pay £271 by the court.
The £271 consisted of a £133 fine, a surcharge of £53 to fund victim services and £85 in costs.
Allchin's guilty plea was taken into account when the court imposed the sentence.
