A WOMAN has been banned from driving after she was caught speeding on a Bradford motorway.
Jody Walker, 47, of Camden Street, London, faced a charge of exceeding a 50mph speed restruction.
She was caught on the M606 by an automatic camera device driving at 59mph.
The offence happened on December 29 last year.
Walker was disqualified from holding, or obtaining, a driving licence for six months; fined £1,269; ordered to pay a £126 victim surcharge and pay £90 costs.
Her driving record will also be endorsed with three penalty points.
According to court documents, Walker’s driving ban was deemed obligatory by the court due to repeat offending.
The offence was proved via a single justice procedure and the case was heard at Bradford and Keighley Magistrates’ Court on July 15.
