A MAN appeared in court charged with stealing more than £300 worth of clothes from a Bradford shop.
Callum Kail, 25, of Pemberton Drive, Bradford, faced one charge of theft from a shop.
He stole clothing, worth a total of £380, from Next at the Forster Square Retail Park on Valley Road.
The offence was committed on April 13 this year.
Kail was handed a community order which includes a maximum of 15 Rehabilitation Activity Requirement days.
He was also ordered to pay a £95 victim surcharge and £85 costs to the Crown Prosecution Service.
Kail pleaded guilty to the charge and was sentenced at Bradford and Keighley Magistrates’ Court on July 22.
An application was made by the court for benefit deductions to recover the sum of £180.
