YOUNG carers in Bradford are being asked to shape the future of support services.

The annual Young Carers Engagement, run by Bradford Council and local NHS teams, want to better understand the experiences of carers across the district and Craven.

A carer is anyone who looks after a family member, partner or friend who needs help and cannot cope without their support.

They may offer unpaid help and support to someone because of illness, frailty, disability, a mental health problem or an addiction.

All survey answers will influence and change the way Bradford Council and the NHS commission the Carers’ Support Service.

Anonymous quotes from people’s answers may be used to highlight themes and priorities in the report.

People have until 11.59am on Sunday, August 7, to complete their survey via https://bit.ly/3zhznxd
