A MAN has been banned after being caught drug driving on a major Bradford road.
Hasnain Yasin, 22, of Hawes Crescent, Bradford, appeared in court on one charge; driving a motor vehicle with a proportion of a specified controlled drug above the specified limit.
According to court documents, Yasin was caught driving an Audi A4 on Manchester Road when the amount of THC in his blood was above the limit.
It happened on December 14 last year. Yasin initially denied the offence, but then changed his plea to guilty.
Yasin was disqualified from holding, or obtaining, a driving licence for 12 months; fined £162; ordered to pay a £34 victim surcharge, as well as £85 costs.
He was sentenced at Bradford and Keighley Magistrates’ Court on July 13.
