Police stopped by Bradford’s begging hotspots and handed out warnings to culprits of anti-social behaviour in their latest day of action.

West Yorkshire Police said residents in the Bradford West area had raised concerns about begging.

The neighbourhood policing team headed out onto the streets and issued one final warning and one referral to support services.

One person was reported for summons while two people were given words of advice and signposted to outreach partnership.

Three people were issued with yellow anti-social behaviour letters, warning them that police now have their details and could pass information about alleged anti-social incidents to a landlord if they live in a rented home.
