A West Yorkshire care company is recruiting, as more residents are choosing to move into its five popular care homes and nursing homes.
Czajka Care Group is currently recruiting for various positions including full and part time care assistants, as well as registered nurses for day and night duties.
Czajka Care Group is a family run business that was established in Saltaire in 1983 and currently offers quality care for over 250 retired and disabled people.
Managing director, Konrad Czajka, said: “We are lucky to have a wonderful team who are very loyal and professional. “We embrace flexible working where possible and offer shifts from 7am to 2.30pm, 2pm to 9pm and 9pm to 7am for care and nursing teams. Other staff in administrative, catering and support roles are able to job share, and many can work around school drop off and pick up times.

“Anyone who already works for us can refer a friend and receive a bonus for each introduction and we also pay time and a half for anyone working more than their contracted hours. Registered nurses, senior careers and ancillary staff are all on competitive salaries and we pay our team more than the new National Living Wage. In fact, when the new National Living Wage was introduced in April this year, we back dated pay at that rate from last December.

Czajka Care Group also provides purpose-built retirement homes and operates The Clubhouse at Fairmount Park, which is a members only club with a wide range of leisure facilities.
