As the cost of living soars up and down the UK, many supermarkets, shops and businesses are allowing kids to eat free or very cheap in order to help out struggling families.
With BOGOF deals, lower meal prices and even freebies, here’s a list of places you can go with your little ones over the summer.

Asda café kids eat for £1
At Asda, kids can get a hot or cold meal for just £1 in cafes. The Kids Eat for £1 deal is available all day long from July 25 until September 4.
Baby food is also part of the new initiative, with young ones able to enjoy a free pouch of Ella's Kitchen baby food in local Asda Cafes.
No minimum spend is required.
Kids eat free at Dunelm
Dunelm Pausa cafes are allowing kids to eat for free for every £4 spend in cafes.
You can get one free mini main, two snacks and a drink. This offer is available now.
Kids eat free with one adult meal at Morrisons
When you purchase one adult meal over £4.99, kids can get a free meal from the children’s menu at Morrisons.
It applies only to kids 16 and under and it excludes all café specials.
Kids' meals also include a piece of fruit and Tropicana Kids Orange or Apple drink or bottle of water.
At Bella Italia kids eat for £1
Kids can eat for just £1 at Bella Italia with the purchase of any adult main from 4-6pm Monday-Thursday.
Kids can enjoy three courses as well as a Cawston Pressed Fruit Water for just £1. Meals are suitable for ages 4-11.
Outside of these times, kids can still get cheaper deals at Bella Italia. Three courses & a Cawston Pressed Fruit Water on the Piccolo Menu is £6.49 (perfect portions for 2-6-year-olds) and the Grande Menu is £8.49 and consists of larger portions for 7-11-year-olds.
YO! kids eat free
Kids can eat for free at YO! with every £10 spent on meals by an accompanying adult. You can enjoy this deal from 3pm to 5:30pm, Monday- Thursday and it will be active until September 29.
Children must order meals from the children’s menu and be under 10 years old.
Free breakfast at Brewers Fayre
At Brewers Fayre, kids can enjoy a free breakfast with every adult breakfast ordered.
Kids can also get a three-course lunch or dinner for just £4.95.
Kids eat free at Dobbies
Kids can eat for free at Dobbies with every adult main purchased. This includes the kid's lunch menu or pick ‘n’ mix’ meal, plus a drink. This is valid until 12pm daily.
Kids eat for £1 at Sizzling Pubs
Kids can eat for £1 Monday-Friday at Sizzling Pubs this summer. The deal is available between 3-7pm and each meal will be reduced to £1 with every adult main ordered.
Pubs in Scotland will be offering this from June 30- August 17 2022. Pubs in England and Wales will be offering this from July 25- September 2 2022.
