A TWO-bedroom cottage in the Bradford district up for auction sold for almost £200,000 more than its guide price.
A semi-detached property, known as Golf Cottages, at St Ives in Harden, Bingley, sold at an online auction by Pugh for £271,000.
The guide price for the property was £80,000.
It includes a kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom and WC.
The website says: "A two-bedroom, semi-detached cottage pleasantly located within the St Ives Estate, Bingley.
“The property includes gardens and a garage which has an asbestos ceiling.
“The property requires a comprehensive scheme of refurbishment and is offered with vacant possession.”
The cottage is accessible via Cross Gates Lane, itself accessed via Keighley Road or Harden Road. Bingley train station is situated 1.3 miles from the property.
