A BRADFORD man has appeared in court charged with possession of cocaine at a London train station.

Daniel Scott, 42, of Lambert Place, faced one charge of possession of a controlled drug of class A – cocaine.

He was caught with a quantity of cocaine in contravention of section 5 (1) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971.

The offence took place at King's Cross Railway Station, Euston Road, London, on April 25, 2021.

He was ordered to pay £85 costs to the Crown Prosecution Service. A collection order was made by the court.

The cocaine was destroyed by West Yorkshire Police.

He pleaded guilty to the charge when he was sentenced at Leeds Magistrates’ Court on July 13, 2022.
