A 31 YEAR old man who was causing a disturbance in Skipton was arrested after he started swearing at police officers, heard magistrates.
Police called to a domestic incident in North Parade on June 28 found Adam Shaw inside a house, the Skipton court heard on Friday.
They asked him to leave, which he did, but he returned. He was drunk, the officers offered him a lift to the train station to which he responded that he 'didn't give a ****."
Shaw, who admitted using threatening, abusive words or behaviour, had eight previous convictions and at the time was on a suspended sentence order given by Bradford Crown Court in June last year, magistrates were told.
He also admitted to the breach.
Shaw, of Bradford Road, Clayton, told magistrates he 'just had a lot going on'.
He was fined £80 and ordered to pay costs of £85 and a surcharge of £32.
Magistrates said his case would also be referred to the crown court because of the breach of the suspended prison sentence.
