A MAN has appeared in court charged with possession of a knife in a public place in Bradford.
Adrian Horsman, 18, of Markfield Avenue, Bradford, faced on charge of possession of a knife blade/sharp pointed article in a public place – Criminal Justice Act 1988.
He had with him, without good reason or lawful authority, in a public place, Holme Top Lane, Bradford, an article which had a blade, or was sharply pointed, namely a knife. This offence took place on June 2, 2022.
Horsman was given a community order, which includes carrying out 40 hours unpaid work in the community over the next 12 months. He was ordered to pay £95 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
Horsman pleaded guilty and was sentenced at Bradford & Keighley Magistrates’ Court on July 13, 2022.
