A weekly group for Bradford mums has become a space to talk about mental health and “feeling wobbly”.
The Hey Mama group for Shipley takes place every Friday between 10am and 11.30am during term time.
The free to attend events are held at the Kirkgate Centre, 39A Kirkgate, Shipley, BD18 3EH.
The advert reads: “Hey Mama is a peer support community. If you’re struggling with your mental health, feeling a little wobbly, having a hard time and/or prefer a smaller group to chat to, we are here for you.
“Join us for refreshments, toys, crafts and opportunities to meet new mamas.”
