Free breakfast to tackle food poverty and support struggling families
AS the long summer holidays approach amid the cost-of-living crisis, a trust in Bradford supporting local families who may be suffering with food poverty.
Sandale Trust is launching a new programme to support young people, children, and families.
The trust is offering free breakfasts for children throughout the six weeks holiday.
Breakfast will be available from 9am to 11am, and breakfast options include, beans on toast, cereal, scrambled eggs and toast will be available.
The free breakfast will be held at the Sandale Community Hub, on Reevy Road West in Buttershaw, Bradford.
