A MAN has appeared in court charged with being drunk and disorderly and obstructing a police officer.
Conan Whiteoak, 20, of Snape Street, Keighley, faced two charges.
In the first, drunk and disorderly behaviour in a public place, namely Knowle Park, Keighley, he was handed a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay a £22 victim surcharge. This offence took place on April 14, 2021.
The 12-month conditional discharge also covered a further charge of obstructing or resisting a police constable in the execution of their duty. This offence also took place in Keighley on April 14, 2021.
A collection order was also made by the court.
Whiteoak pleaded guilty to both charges when he was sentenced at Bradford & Keighley Magistrates’ Court on June 27, 2022.
