POLICE investigating a fatal collision involving a pedestrian in West Yorkshire can now release the name of the victim who sadly died.
Enquiries remain ongoing into the incident which resulted in the death of Tony Baggley, 42 from Leeds.
He received fatal injuries after he was in collision with a white Audi A4 while crossing the road at the junction of Town Street and Wortley Road in Armley at about 4.55pm on July 5.
A 30-year-old man arrested in connection with the death has been released under investigation.
Officers have also arrested a second man (also aged 30) who has now been released on police bail.
Enquiries remain ongoing by the Major Collision and Enquiry Team.
