THERE are long delays on the M62 this morning.
Traffic alerts are reporting queuing traffic in both directions from Chain Bar to Gildersome.
There is congestion to Ainley Top for eastbound traffic and to the Lofthouse Interchange on the westbound carriageway.
There are also delays on the A650 as drivers take alternative routes.
The congestion is due to roadworks and travel time is 30 minutes.
There are also two lanes closed due to a broken down lorry on the westbound carriageway between Tingley and Gildersome.
Lanes one and two, of three, are shut.
