A BRADFORD takeaway has been given a one hygiene rating by the Food Standards Agency.
The Food Standards Agency recently awarded new food hygiene ratings to a number of Bradford establishments, including Park Fisheries, a takeaway at 42 Oak Lane, Manningham, Bradford, which was given a score of one (out of five) with major improvement necessary after an inspection on June 8.
Inspectors determined that major improvement is necessary for management of food safety.
Inspectors also found that improvement is necessary for hygienic food handling and for the cleanliness and condition of facilities and the building.
The one rating at Park Fisheries follows on from a zero rating given to the takeaway following an inspection on December 22, 2021.
Prior to that, the business had a one rating in May 2021, a zero in October 2020 and a one in July 2019.
Park Fisheries did not comment when contacted by the T&A.
Food hygiene ratings were also awarded to a number of other Bradford establishments following recent inspections.
