A BRADFORD-born mum of four and Dubai-based author is visiting local primary schools and libraries to talk about her new book.
Author Shamila Nazim, who was brought up in Bradford but is now an early year's specialist/nursery manager in Dubai, will visit a number of Bradford primary schools and libraries to share her children’s book, Where Does My Mummy Go?, and donate free signed copies to the schools and libraries.
Mrs Nazim said: "I am travelling all the way from Dubai to share my new book Where Does My Mummy Go? with the young Bradford community and will be talking to them about the story, its theme and the characters and about my passion for early years along with my personal author journey."
"I want to thank the education systems in Bradford for providing me with an amazing foundation for life."
Where Does My Mummy Go? is set during the pandemic and told from the perspective of little girl who sets out on an imaginary adventure in search of her mother who is "working from home" but is nowhere to be found.
