BRADFORD will bask in glorious sunshine this weekend with temperatures set to soar. 

If you have plans for the coming days, be sure to lather on the suncream as highs of 25°C are forecast for Saturday and Sunday. 

The warm weather is set to last into next week and Bradford could see highs of 27°C on Monday and Tuesday. 

Here's what the Met Office is saying for today and the coming days:

Today: A bright start with sunny spells, but cloudier in the west with some spots of rain. Patchy high cloud spreading across the region through the day, turning the sunshine hazy at times, but still feeling very warm. Maximum temperature 25°C.

Tonight: Late sunshine in the evening for eastern parts, but cloudier over the hills, with further spots of rain. Cloud melting away through the early hours leaving widespread clear spells. Minimum temperature 11 °C.

Saturday: A dry and fine day on Saturday with long spells of sunshine and light winds. Thin higher cloud may drift across at times, giving some hazy sunny spells. Very warm. Maximum temperature 25°C.

Outlook for Sunday to Tuesday: Dry, fine and bright with long spells of sunshine through Sunday and Monday, feeling increasingly warm or very warm. Cloudier on Tuesday, but still warm and bright with sunny spells.
