A BRADFORD football club helped feed over 60 people as they supported a homelessness project.

Over the weekend, players and staff from Albion Sports were out in their droves supplying food and drink to those in need.

It was part of the Midland Langar Seva Society, a charity that offers a helping hand to those facing homelessness and poverty throughout the UK.

Thali Catering supplied chana curry and rice, while Five Rivers Foods Bradford were on hand with fresh sandwiches.

The Albion Sports Committee, including club captain Aran Basi and defender Kam Basi, created the food bags filled with snacks.

A spokesperson from Albion Sports said: "We are a community and one of the oldest clubs in Bradford.
