A MAN has appeared in court charged with shops thefts an assault in Bradford.
Dusty Wright, 39, of no fixed address, faced three charges.
In the first, he was committed to prison for four weeks for stealing eight T-shirts, worth a total of £359.92, from Footasylum, The Broadway, Bradford, on April 3, 2022.
Wright was committed to prison for two weeks, to run concurrently, for stealing No7 products from Boots, The Broadway, Bradford, on February 18, 2022. He was also ordered to pay £85 costs and £40 for this count.
He was also committed to prison for four weeks, to run concurrently, for assaulting a woman by beating her at The Broadway, Bradford, on April 3, 2022. He was ordered to pay £50 compensation. A collection order was made.
Wright pleaded guilty to all three charges when he was sentenced at Bradford & Keighley Magistrates’ Court on June 22, 2022.
