BRADFORD can expect thunderstorms today followed by a dry and sunny weekend.

Friday
Today will be warm, dry and sunny until 1pm with temperatures set to reach a high of 22C.
Light showers will start at 1pm, they will soon get heavier with a spell of thunder expected between 3pm and 4pm. The Met Office has now issued a yellow warning for storms.

The rest of today will be a mixture of light showers and sunny spells.
Temperatures will only fall to 17C by 11pm tonight.
Saturday
Tomorrow will be a mixture of sunshine and cloud and light showers and will be the best day of the weekend.
It will also be a cooler day, with temperatures set to reach a high of 19C, with a dry night seeing the mercury only plunge to 14C by 11pm.
Sunday
The weekend will close with a mixture of sunny, cloudy and wet conditions.
It will mostly be a dry and sunny day, but cooler than Saturday with a high of 18C.
A brief spell of light showers will arrive at around 7pm.
No weather warnings are in place for Bradford this weekend, according to the Met Office.
