AN ale trail has been created in the Bradford district to help shine a light on some of the best pubs and bars in the area.
Groove Pad Bar & Kitchen's 'Shipley Smile Ale Trail' features 11 venues over 1.8 miles, which will be 35 minutes on foot.
The pubs involved are as follows: The Fox (41 Briggate), Groove Pad Shipley (48 Saltaire Road), The Salt Cellar (192 Saltaire Road) Fanny's Ale House (63 Saltaire Road), Salt Bar & Kitchen (199 Bingley Road), The Rosse (62 Bingley Road), Cap and Collar (4 Queens Road), Al’s Star Bar (24 Bingley Road), The Ring O'Bells (3 Bradford Road), The Crafty Kernel (16 Kirkgate) and Hullabaloo (41 Westgate).
A spokesperson for Groove Pad Bar & Kitchen said: "Due to the suffering of the hospitality trade, we thought it a good idea to create the trail to represent some of the best bars within the area.
"With Bradford being named City of Culture for 2025, we thought it was a great idea, to showcase what Shipley and Saltaire have to offer.
"Hopefully this will create a buzz for the area and will help towards placing us on the map."
