A WOMAN was rushed to hospital after she was rescued from a car which flipped onto its roof.
West Yorkshire Police was called to reports of a crash on Henconner Lane, in Bramley at 9.22am this morning.
A vehicle had overturned onto its roof, near the junction with Poplar Way, which blocked one side of the road.
A woman had to be rescued from the car.
She was taken to hospital with injuries but they are not thought to be serious.
A full statement from West Yorkshire Police said: "Emergency services were called to a road traffic collision on Hennconner Lane, Bramley, at 9:22am this morning (18/6) following reports that a car was on its roof.
"The female occupant of the car was released from the vehicle and taken to hospital where her injuries are not thought to be serious."
