A MAN arrested on suspicion of producing class A drugs after emergency services were scrambled to a Bradford street has been bailed.
They were called to the scene, on Westcroft Road, Great Horton, on Saturday, June 11 following a disturbance at a house on the street.
During a search of the premises, officers found chemicals and evidence of drug production.
Neighbouring homes had to be evacuated and a huge cordon was put in place while specialist police and firefighters assessed the scene.
They remained there for some time to allow for the safe removal and disposal of the substances and so a forensic probe of the property could be carried out.
A West Yorkshire Police spokesperson said today (Thursday) said: “The man arrested over the drugs has been bailed pending further enquiries.”
