POLICE patrols are being stepped up following two reports of a man exposing himself.
The alleged incidents were reported to police on June 9 and June 13 and are said to have happened on a path between Ben Rhydding Train Station and St John's Road.
Officers have stepped up both high visibility and plain-clothed patrols in the Ben Rhydding area.
Inspector John Barker of Keighley Neighbourhood Policing team said:“Reports like this are very rare and we treat them extremely seriously.
“We have stepped up patrols in the area to attempt to identify a suspect in these offences, prevent further incidents and to provide reassurance to residents.
“Anyone who witnesses anything suspicious in the area is asked to report this by ringing 999?.
“Anyone with information that may assist our enquiries is asked to contact police via the report it options at www.westyorkshire.police.uk/contactus or via 101 quoting log 1092 of 9 June.”
