A MAN has been fined for being drunk and disorderly in a Bradford train and bus station.
Alexander Parker, 36, of Croft Street, Dewsbury, West Yorkshire, faced one charge of being drunk and disorderly in a public place.
The offence took place at Bradford Interchange, Bridge Street, Bradford city centre, on February 25, 2022. The charge is contrary to section 91(1) of the Criminal Justice Act 1967.
Parker was fined £180, ordered to pay £85 costs to the Crown Prosecution Service and told to pay a £34 victim surcharge. A collection order was also made by the court at Parker’s sentencing hearing.
The case was proved in Parker’s absence when he was sentenced at Bradford & Keighley Magistrates’ Court on June 8, 2022.
