BRADFORD is set for a hot end to this week as temperature rise in the district over the next few days.

According to the Met Office, the warm weather will peak this Friday as the mercury rises to 26C, during a day of unbroken sunshine.

Throughout this week, temperatures will increase. Today will be cloudy until the sun breaks through from 4pm, with a high of 17C.

Tomorrow will see temperatures rise steadily for a maximum of 19C, with sunny spells apart from a cloudy period between 11am and 4pm.

Wednesday sees a further increase in temperatures with a high expected of 22C in a dry and sunny day.

Thursday will produce a dry day but with a break from the sunshine, but temperatures hold up for a high of 22C.

This weekend will see the mercury fall to a high of 19C and 18C on Saturday and Sunday respectively.
