A BRADFORD man has appeared in court charged with driving while disqualified and failing to provide a specimen to police.
Fernando Moke, 33, of Lilycroft Road, faced two charges.
In the first, he drove a Suzuki Swift car on Queens Road, Bradford, while disqualified from, holding, or obtaining a driving licence, on April 6, 2022.
He was convicted for failing to provide a specimen for analysis at Elland Police Station on April 3, 2022.
He was disqualified from holding, or obtaining, a driving licence for 14 months.
Moke was given a community order including to carry out 120 hours unpaid work in the community over the next 12 months.
Moke pleaded guilty to both charges and was sentenced at Bradford & Keighley Magistrates’ Court on May 24.
