The afro-Portuguese flamed grilled chicken restaurant, located by the Charles Street entrance next door to Specsavers, is Chilli Flame’s 15th UK venue and second eatery style restaurant.
Two brothers from Bradford have taken on the franchise, as they believe the Chilli Flames brand has something to offer that the people of Bradford want.
Franchisee Tahir Iqbal said: “We know that a lot of people are looking at a healthier way of living, and because a lot of it is grilled, we can serve healthy products as well as things like loaded fries, so there is something for everyone. We’ve also got a range of vegetarian products too.”
Ian Ward, general manager at The Broadway, Bradford, said: “We are delighted to see Chilli Flames open its doors in Bradford and offer a new and exciting dining experience at The Broadway. The opening of the restaurant has been highly anticipated and I have absolute faith that it will be a huge success with locals and visitors to the Centre.
