A SITE in Idle that has planning permission for 14 houses has gone on the market with a £500,000 asking price.
In April 2020, early into the Covid 19 pandemic, Bradford Council granted planning permission to demolish buildings on the former COS Presentations site on Bradford Road, Idle, and replace them with housing.
Submitted by COS Marketing, the plan would see the development of a cul de sac made up of three, two bed homes, seven, three bed homes and four, four bed homes, as well as parking spaces for 29 cars.
Although the demolition work took place, the site has yet to be developed.
Now it has been listed for sale for £500,000 by Walker Singleton Charted Surveyors.
The listing describes the site as being in a “popular and convenient location.”
