A HOMELESS Skipton man will be sentenced at Bradford Crown Court after admitting breaching a sexual harm prevention order.
Jordan Courtney, 24, appeared at Skipton Magistrates Court on Friday when he admitted to removing mobile apps from a device capable of holding Internet history between March 26 and April 23.
The court heard it had put him in breach of a sexual harm prevention order imposed by Bradford Crown Court on July 21, 2016 after he was convicted of making and distributing indecent images of children.
The breach, discovered during a routine visit, involved the downloading and deleting of the Grindr social networking and dating app.
Courtney, formerly of Cawder Road, Skipton, and now of no fixed abode, was sent to Bradford Crown Court for sentencing on June 17.
