Following the sad news of Kay Mellor’s death last week, we pay tribute to the Bafta-winner with a look at some of her TV dramas filmed in Bradford.

From Band of Gold, about a group of sex workers in Bradford, which ran from 1995-97, to The Syndicate 4, about lottery-winning kennel workers, screened in 2021, Kay's dramas have been about the highs and lows of working people - stories told with humanity, homour and compassion.
