THE trial date has been set for a Bradford man facing charges of threats to kill, affray and possession of a knife.
Naeem Shah, 55, of Hollings Road, Manningham, appeared at Bradford Crown Court on May 20 when he denied making threats to kill a man on Keighley Road, Skipton.
Shah also denied affray, in that he used or threatened unlawful violence at the same place and time.
He further denied being in possession of a knife blade/sharp pointed article in a public place - criminal justice act 1988, also in Keighley Road, Skipton.
All of the alleged offences took place on October 5, 2021.
At the five-minute long hearing, Judge Jonathan Rose told Shah his trial will be at Bradford Crown Court on September 13, 2022.
