A NEW business that would be a coffee shop by day and micropub by night could soon be opening in an empty shop unit.
2a Wrose Road, at the Five Lane Ends roundabout, has most recently been used as the This n That second hand store.
Now, a new application submitted to Bradford Council has detailed plans to refurbish the unit, which has been empty for over a year.
New micropub for Keighley town centre is approved
Submitted by Gary Mallinson, the plans call for a change of use from shop to café/micropub.
The application says the business will operate as a coffee shop from 9.30am until late afternoon. The Micropub would then take over – opening until 10.30pm.
The business would create five full time jobs and two part time jobs.
