BRADFORD is set to bask in warm and sunny temperatures, particularly over the next couple of days, according to the Met Office.
The mercury is set to rise to 22C in Bradford today, with warm and sunny conditions for most of today.
But there will be a period of heavy showers tonight. A light shower between 7pm and 9pm will make way for heavy showers from 9pm to 11pm tonight.
Tomorrow will also be a warm and sunny day with temperatures reaching a maximum of 20C.
The sunshine will be strongest in the morning, with more cloudy conditions developing in the afternoon. Light showers will return from 9pm to 11pm tomorrow.
But the temperatures will take a dip by Friday with 16C the maximum for Bradford and showers again developing in the evening.
An early forecast for the weekend shows a dry, cloudy and sunny Saturday with highs of 16C, while Sunday will see more cloud developing with a maximum of 17C.
