A FORMER mentoring school will be demolished as part of an industrial development in Bradford.
Rise Mentoring was based at Estate House at the top of Ripley Road, although the school shut in 2014.
Before it was an education facility, the building was used as offices for a pub management company.
A new planning application has been submitted to Bradford Council by City Park Building Solutions that would see the building demolished and a development of six industrial units built in its place.
The plans would also involve the refurbishment of an old industrial unit behind the building.
When completed the work will create 1,020 square metres of industrial space.
The application says there would be 21 parking spaces on the site.
A decision on the application is expected next month.
