A MAN has appeared in court for being drunk and disorderly in Bradford city centre.
Ishtiaq Hussain, 34, of Colyton Mount, Bradford, faced one charge of being drunk and disorderly in a public place.
He was convicted after being found guilty of, while drunk, disorderly behaviour at Centenary Square, Bradford, on April 7, 2022. This was contrary to section 91(1) of the Criminal Justice Act 1967.
Hussain was ordered to pay £85 costs, pay a £34 victim surcharge and was fined £40 for the offence.
A collection order was made by the court who applied for deductions from Hussain’s benefit. The outstanding balance must be paid within 14 days.
Hussain pleaded guilty when he was sentenced at Bradford & Keighley Magistrates’ Court on April 29, 2022.
