An organisation that supports disabled people and their carers by finding alternative respite solutions is hosting an event to give people the chance to find out about what they do.
HoliBreak+, located at Manningham Mills Community Centre on Lilycroft Road assists carers and disabled people in finding accessible holidays and breaks such as mountain-climbing holidays or a relaxing beach break as an alternative to respite care.
The service is available to anyone in receipt of a personal budget or NHS Continuing Care Budget with an element of respite money built-in or a self-funder.
On May 18 from 12 pm-4pm, an event is being held so that people can learn more about what they do.
