A CRIME scene is expected to be in place for days at farm premises near Leeds Bradford Airport as three men were arrested after a large quantity of Class A drugs were found.

Last night, at around 9pm, police executed a warrant to search the area in Scotland Lane, Horsforth.

A large police presence has remained at the scene ever since with several vehicles and forensic officers coming and going.

It is expected to stay in place as detectives continue their enquiries.

A police spokesperson said: "At 9.35pm last night, police executed a warrant under The Misuse of Drugs Act at farm premises in Scotland Lane, Horsforth.

"Three men were arrested, and a large quantity of suspected Class A drugs has been recovered.

"A scene is in place to undergo forensic examination and searches and is likely to remain in place over the coming days as enquiries continue."
