A MAN has appeared in court for stealing a host of items from a Bradford district supermarket.
Jonathan Carver, 50, of Parkwood Rise, Keighley, faced two theft from a shop charges.
In the first offence, Carver was fined £120 and ordered to pay £134 compensation for stealing JD whiskey and meat, worth a total of £134, from Sainsbury’s Centre, Cavendish Street, Keighley, on March 18, 2022.
In the second theft from a shop charge, Carver was ordered to pay £120.50 compensation for stealing JD whiskey, Smirnoff vodka and meat, worth £120.50, from Sainsbury’s Centre, Cavendish Street, Keighley, on March 16, 2022. A collection order was made.
Carver pleaded guilty to the charges and was sentenced at Bradford & Keighley Magistrates’ Court on April 29, 2022.
