A NEW exhibition by Bradford College students is showcasing a ‘cultural map’ of the city.

The exhibition - which features work by students at the Bradford School of Art - is now open at City Park.

Bringing to life a ‘cultural map of Bradford,’ this is the culmination of an 18-month project as part of the district’s bid to be UK City of Culture 2025.

More than 40 students studying BA (Hons) Art & Design, BA (Hons) Fashion, and FDA Textiles took part.

The resulting creative works fed into the research behind Bradford’s City of Culture 2025 bid, which was submitted earlier this year.

The exhibition, called Bradford A-Z, is free to visit and will be on display at the Bradford 2025 hub at City Park (beneath the Big Screen) until May 23.

Bradford is one of four places shortlisted to be UK City of Culture 2025.

A City of Culture Expert Advisory Panel, chaired by Sir Phil Redmond, will visit Bradford and the other four shortlisted places before making their final recommendation at the end of May. The winner will be announced this year in Coventry.
