A YOUNG boy appeared in court charged with assaulting two police officers on a Bradford estate.
The 13-year-old, who cannot be named for legal reasons due to his age, appeared before the West Yorkshire Youth Court, which is held at Bradford and Keighley Magistrates' Court, on April 25.
He was charged with two counts of assault by beating of an emergency worker, namely PC Damant and PC Worthinton.
According to court documents, the incident happened in the Holme Wood area of Bradford on March 29.
He will next appear before Bradford and Keighley Magistrates' Court next month.
The boy must attend the hearing, which is scheduled to take place on the afternoon of June 20.
He was remanded on unconditional bail until the next court date.
