A MAN was freed from a car following a crash on a major Bradford road.
Emergency services, including firefighters, police and paramedics, rushed to the scene on Shipley Airedale Road at around 11pm on Tuesday.
It happened at the road's busy junction with Barkerend Road.
A West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said it appeared to be a five-vehicle crash with one man, thought to be in his 20s, trapped in a car.
He was freed by firefighters and taken to hospital. They were there for around 45 minutes.
A police spokesperson said: "We were called to Shipley Airdale Road at 11pm last night to reports of five vehicles in collision.
"A man was taken to hospital with injuries, not believed to be life-threatening."
