A MAN has been jailed for stealing food from a petrol station in the Bradford district.
Lee Graham, 39, of Otley Road, has appeared in court on one theft from a shop charge.
He stole food to an unknown value from the BP petrol station, Otley Road, Shipley, between January 15 and 25, 2022. This offence was contrary to the Theft Act 1968.
Graham was committed to prison for four weeks as the offence was deemed so serious because it was aggravated by his record of previous offending.
He was also ordered to pay a £128 victim surcharge and £85 costs to the Crown Prosecution Service.
Graham pleaded guilty to the charge when he was sentenced at Bradford & Keighley Magistrates’ Court on April 27, 2022.
