A 15-YEAR-OLD has been charged with going equipped for theft as trouble continues on a Bradford estate.

West Yorkshire Police arrested and charged the teenager for anti-social behaviour offences in the Bradford East area.

The charges were: going equipped for theft and breaching his bail conditions.

The 15-year-old, who cannot be named for legal reasons relating to his age, was remanded in custody to appear at Bradford Magistrates' Court yesterday.

It comes as police also arrested three youths on Thursday night for throwing items at buses on the much-blighted Ravenscliffe estate.

They were dealt with thanks to local neighbourhood police officers in Bradford East carrying out a Trojan Bus operation with First Bus.

This is where plainclothes officers ride on the buses to try prevent or better deal with anti-social behaviour.

Ravenscliffe has suffered from yobs vandalising buses for more than a month now, as well as fireworks allegedly being thrown at a children's play park on the estate.
