JCT600 HAS been fined for keeping a vehicle which does not meet insurance requirements.
The franchise car sales firm was charged with keeping a motor vehicle which does not meet insurance requirements at its showroom in Bradford Road, in Menston.
It was proved guilty in its absence at Swansea Magistrates' Court on Monday (April 25).
The case related to a white CUPRA Ateca Estate that was registered in JCT600's name but did not meet the insurance requirements of Section 144A of the Road Traffic Act 1988, on October 21 last year.
JCT600 was ordered to pay the court £354.
This includes: a £220 fine, a surcharge of £34 to fund victim services and £100 in costs.
The balance must be paid by May 23.
