POLICE have issued a safety warning following a number of reports of people exploring abandoned buildings.
"We are currently receiving a high number of reports regarding people 'exploring' abandoned buildings," said Dan Pickles, Neighbourhood Support Officer, Leeds North West Neighbourhood Policing Team.
"While abandoned buildings may look interesting, they are often unstable and unsafe with any number of missing manholes, rotten floors and collapsing masonry.
"Please keep yourselves and your loved ones safe over summer by keeping well clear."
